APPLICATION
For fixing of horizontal / top metal roofing sheets to structural steel / secondary
substrate is said to be roofing / crest fixing. The fixing is done on the crest / top of
the metal sheet. Secondary substrate could be a cold rolled steel (z/c purlins square
pipes with thickness not more than 4mm).

COATING
A unique co-polymer coating that provides resistance than
Zinc and Cadmium plating. Tested in accordance to ASTM B117 & AS 3566.
MATERIAL
Case hardened carbon steel Rustshield coating AISI 1022.
CLADDING FASTENERS HEAD
Hex washer head.
DRILL TIP POINT SEALING WASHERS
FASTENERS FOR STEEL THICKNESS LESS THAN 4.5MM EPDM washer.
ACCESSORIES
APPLICATION Power fastener-gun speed under 2500 RPM.
For fixing of vertical metal roofing sheets to structural steel/secondary substrate is said
to be wall cladding/valley fixing. The fixing is done on the valley between two tops on
the roofing sheet. Structural steels could be cold rolled steel (i.e. purlins, square pipes
with thickness not more than 4mm).
