APPLICATION
For fixing of horizontal / top metal roofing sheets to structural steel / secondary
substrate is said to be roofing / crest fixing. The fixing is done on the crest / top of
the metal sheet. Secondary substrate could be a cold rolled steel (Z/C purlins Square
pipes, angles with thickness not more than 8mm).
COATING
A unique co-polymer coating that provides resistance than Zinc and Cadmium plating.
Tested in accordance to ASTM B117 & AS 3566.
MATERIAL
Case hardened carbon steel Rustshield coating AISI 1022. Illustrated fastener application.
